SPANISH HOT CHOCOLATE

Spanish Sipping Chocolate (also known as Spanish Hot Chocolate or Chocolate Caliente) is a traditional drink served in Barcelona, Spain, alongside piping hot churros which are perfect for dunking.
INGREDIENTS
4 oz bittersweet dark chocolate, 70% or higher, chopped fine
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup Mariani Original Walnutmilk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
In a heavy saucepan, combine chopped dark chocolate, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar and Walnutmilk.
Heat the chocolate over medium heat while whisking constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is thick, smooth and velvety, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract.
Pour into two mugs and enjoy!
