INGREDIANTS

  • 1 cup Mariani Vanilla Walnutmilk

  • 1/2 heaping cup frozen pineapple cubes

  • 1/2 cup small torn curly kale pieces

  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled

  • 1/2 medium ripe banana 


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add flax or chia seeds for extra nutrition

  2. Puree all ingredients in a small blender or food processor.
