Coconut Passion Fruit Popsicles


INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup passionfruit pulp (about 4 passionfruits)

  • ½ cup passionfruit juice

  • 1 14-oz. can of full-fat coconut milk

  • 1 ½ cups Mariani Original Walnutmilk

  • ⅓ cup honey


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together the passionfruit pulp and passionfruit juice.  Pour the mixture into 8 popsicle molds, filling them up about ⅓ of the way.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, walnutmilk, and honey.  Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, filling them up the rest of the way.

  3. Place popsicle sticks in the popsicle molds.  Transfer to the freezer and freeze for at least 8 hours before unmolding and serving.
