Iced Rose Matcha Latte
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ teaspoons matcha powder
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons culinary rose petals, plus some for garnish
1 cup Vanilla Mariani Walnutmilk
2 teaspoons agave nectar
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the matcha powder to a cup with a tablespoon of water. Whisk together until smooth. There should be no lumps of matcha powder.
Add the walnutmilk, rose petals, and agave to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Use a strainer to remove the petals and let the milk cool for 5 minutes.
Add ice to the cup with the matcha. Pour the cooled rose milk on top. Stir and garnish with additional rose petals
