No-Cook Ice Cream

This simple ice cream is easy to prepare, using just a blender for prep. It’s only lightly sweetened, making it a guilt-free dessert. 


INGREDIENTS

Chocolate

  • 3 cups Mariani Unsweetened, Original or Vanilla Walnutmilk

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened

Fruit

  • 3 cups Mariani Unsweetened, Original or Vanilla Walnutmilk

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 cup berry fruit preserves, or to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Puree all ingredients in a large blender container until smooth. Chill until very cold. 

  2. Transfer to the bowl of an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Remove paddle. 

  3. Cover and freeze until ready to serve. 


RECIPE TIPS

  • If using an electric ice cream maker, plan ahead! You’ll need to freeze the bowl overnight before making your ice cream.

  • Choose the level of sweetness with your Walnutmilk selection, using Vanilla for the sweetest flavor. 

  • For the best texture, let ice cream sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before scooping to soften slightly.
