Beet Latte


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ teaspoon beetroot powder

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

  • 1 cup Mariani Original Walnutmilk


INSTRUCTIONS

For a hot latte:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the beetroot powder and water with a fork or matcha whisk.

  2. Heat the walnutmilk in the microwave for 1 minute.

  3. Pour the beetroot mixture into a mug. Add the hot walnutmilk and agave nectar and mix until combined.

For an iced latte:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the beetroot powder and water with a fork or matcha whisk.

  2. Pour the beetroot mixture into a glass with ice. Add the walnutmilk and agave and stir until combined.
