Blood Orange Chia Pudding


INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ¾ cup Mariani Walnutmilk

  • ½ cup blood orange juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Optional toppings: blood orange slices, granola, cinnamon sticks, nuts, berries


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the chia seeds, walnutmilk, blood orange juice, honey, and vanilla to a large bowl.  Mix until combined.

  2. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours.  Spoon into small cups or bowls for serving.
