Blood Orange Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup chia seeds
¾ cup Mariani Walnutmilk
½ cup blood orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional toppings: blood orange slices, granola, cinnamon sticks, nuts, berries
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the chia seeds, walnutmilk, blood orange juice, honey, and vanilla to a large bowl. Mix until combined.
Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours. Spoon into small cups or bowls for serving.
