Creamy chocolate popsicles


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Mariani Original Walnutmilk

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Optional: melted dark chocolate and chopped walnuts, for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a large saucepan over medium heat.  Stir over heat for 5-10 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and all ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. Pour the chocolate mixture into 8 popsicle molds.  Insert popsicle sticks.

  3. Transfer to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, until solid.

  4. Finish off with a drizzle of chocolate and a sprinkle of finely chopped walnuts.
