Dairy-Free Honey Cardamom Panna Cotta


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 2 teaspoons gelatin

  • 1 13.5-oz can coconut cream

  • 1 ½ cups Mariani Original Walnutmilk

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • Pinch of salt

  • Fresh fruit, for topping


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the water to a large saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and allow it to stand for 5 minutes, until the gelatin forms a film on top.

  2. Place the saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the coconut cream, walnutmilk, cardamom, honey, and salt. Mix the ingredients together over heat for 5-7 minutes, until they come to a light simmer.

  3. Remove the mixture from heat and pour into 4 dishes or ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
