Dairy-Free Honey Cardamom Panna Cotta
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons gelatin
1 13.5-oz can coconut cream
1 ½ cups Mariani Original Walnutmilk
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
⅓ cup honey
Pinch of salt
Fresh fruit, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the water to a large saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and allow it to stand for 5 minutes, until the gelatin forms a film on top.
Place the saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the coconut cream, walnutmilk, cardamom, honey, and salt. Mix the ingredients together over heat for 5-7 minutes, until they come to a light simmer.
Remove the mixture from heat and pour into 4 dishes or ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
