Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup Mariani Vanilla Walnutmilk
Juice of ½ a lemon
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
Optional: Yogurt and fresh fruit, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the oats, walnutmilk, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and maple syrup to a large bowl. Mix until combined.
Spoon the oats mixture into 2 cups. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours, up to 2 days.
Top with toppings of your choice, serve, and enjoy!
