Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats

  • 1 cup Mariani Vanilla Walnutmilk

  • Juice of ½ a lemon

  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • Optional: Yogurt and fresh fruit, for topping


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the oats, walnutmilk, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and maple syrup to a large bowl. Mix until combined.

  2. Spoon the oats mixture into 2 cups. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours, up to 2 days.

  3. Top with toppings of your choice, serve, and enjoy!
