Vegan Chocolate Mug Cakes
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons Mariani Vanilla Walnutmilk
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
Optional: whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder to a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
Add the walnutmilk and canola oil to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into 2 mugs. Place one of the mugs in the microwave and microwave for 1 minute. Repeat with the second mug.
Top with toppings of your choice, serve, and enjoy!
