INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup Mariani Unsweetened Walnutmilk

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • Strawberries and blueberries, for topping


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the walnutmilk and matcha powder until combined.

  2. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup to the walnutmilk mixture and continue to mix.

  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least one hour up to a day. In this time, the chia seeds will soak up the walnutmilk and expand to create a gelatinous texture.

  4. Serve with berries and other toppings of choice.
