Peaches & Cream Baked Oats


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ¼ cups rolled oats

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

  • 2 cups Mariani Walnutmilk

  • 3 eggs

  • ¾ cup maple syrup

  • 3 small peaches or 2 large peaches, chopped

  • Whipped cream, maple syrup, and fresh peaches, for topping


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a large baking dish (9 x 13 works well).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  3. Add the walnutmilk, eggs, and maple syrup to the oat mixture and mix until combined. Fold in the chopped peaches.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the edges become golden-brown.

  5. Serve with whipped cream, maple syrup and fresh peach slices on top.
