Quinoa Breakfast Bowls
INGREDIENTS
½ cup quinoa, dry
1 cup Original or Vanilla Mariani Walnutmilk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh fruit of choice, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the quinoa, walnutmilk, cinnamon, and maple syrup to a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a light simmer. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the quinoa has soaked up all of the walnutmilk and there is no visible liquid in the saucepan.
Scoop the quinoa into two bowls and top with your favorite fresh fruit.
