INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large banana, frozen

  • 1 cup diced mango, frozen

  • 2 cups kale or spinach, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Mariani Walnutmilk

  • Granola, fresh fruits, and shredded coconut (for topping)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the banana, mango, greens, hemp seeds, nut butter, and walnut milk in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruit, coconut, or other toppings of choice!
