INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Syrup

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder

  • ⅓ cup water

Iced Mocha

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

  • 1 cup strong-brewed coffee, kept cold

  • ½ cup Original Mariani Walnutmilk

  1. Make the chocolate syrup. Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir over heat until the sugar is melted. Once the sugar is melted, sift in the cocoa powder and stir until the cocoa powder has melted into the sugar mixture and all ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. Set aside the syrup and let cool for at least 10 minutes before making the iced mocha.

  3. Assemble the iced mocha. Spoon two tablespoons of chocolate syrup into a glass. Add the coffee and walnutmilk. Fill the glass the rest of the way with ice, stir, and enjoy!

  4. You will have leftover chocolate syrup. Refrigerate it until you are ready to use it again.
