Carrot Cake Oats
INGREDIENTS
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup Mariani Original Walnutmilk
⅓ cup grated carrot
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
Optional toppings: Greek yogurt, granola, walnuts, raisins, sliced banana
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the oats, grated carrot and walnutmilk to a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 8 minutes, until the oats have soaked up all of the milk. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Add the oats to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
