Creamy Curry Ramen
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 packet instant ramen noodles
1 cup Mariani Unsweetened Walnutmilk
Optional toppings: chili oil, sesame seeds, green onion, soft boiled eggs, tofu, steamed vegetables
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth, curry paste, and miso paste and bring to a simmer. Stir over heat for 3-4 minutes, until the pastes dissolve into the broth.
Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes, until soft.
Remove from heat and stir in the walnutmilk.
Add toppings of your choice!
