Matcha Oats


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup Mariani Original Walnutmilk

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, Greek yogurt, granola, nuts, seeds


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the oats, matcha and walnutmilk to a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.  Simmer for about 8 minutes, until the oats have soaked up all of the milk.  Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  2. Add the oats to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
